Vikas Tawani - Executive Director

He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Master's Degree in Business Management from London Business School, University of London. He has 16 years of experience in financial services, retail and distribution and management consulting industry

He is experienced in general management, corporate finance, strategy planning and implementation; particularly with start-up operations, handling mergers and strategic alliances, turnaround management and business restructuring.

In his last assignment he served as CEO to a leading financial services company (IL&FS Financial Services ME Ltd) Dubai where he was responsible for setting up and developing the Middle East operations in the Dubai International Financial Centre. Prior to his stint as CEO of the financial services firm he worked with an international consulting firm and developed operational strategy, organization development, restructuring and turnarounds for clients and developed cost and process optimization while leading the transaction and advisory practice. He served as Executive Director of a Retail and Distribution company in India where he successfully led the company's business turnaround. He also served as the strategy head of a Dubai based telecom retailer and prior to that worked with India’s leading financial services company in variety of roles. He has been involved in complex structured transactions involving debt restructuring, mergers & acquisitions and Venture Capital and Private equity transactions
